Warranty Coverage and Free Service Period

For products used as intended and if a quality issue occurs due to non-human causes, the following warranty services are available with a valid warranty card:

  • Within 7 Days of Installation: Enjoy return, exchange, or repair services through the original seller.
  • Within 15 Days of Installation: Eligible for a replacement with the same model of electronic lock from the original seller.
  • Three Years Free Maintenance: AH Smart Solutions or authorized service providers will offer free maintenance within three years from the purchase date.

Note: The warranty excludes damages or loss of access cards, casing, and user manuals.


Paid Warranty Services

Free warranty services will expire, and fees will apply under the following conditions:

  • The product is beyond the free warranty period.
  • Issues arise from unauthorized disassembly, self-repair, modification, or repair by unauthorized parties.
  • An invalid warranty card or missing purchase order (except where warranty status can be verified).
  • Damages caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).
  • Damages due to human actions, such as improper use in extreme environments (strong magnetic or electric fields) or failure to follow usage instructions.
  • Issues resulting from broken or twisted door fittings (excluding the lock itself).
  • Misalignment of the lock position, causing operational issues.

Maintenance & Training for International Buyers

Travel, meal, and hotel expenses are applicable if our team is required to visit the international buyer’s location for maintenance. Complimentary accommodations and meals are available if the buyer visits AH Smart Solutions’ facility for training.


E-Maintenance Support

We provide online training and tech support through WhatsApp, WeChat, or Skype, with a 24-hour response guarantee. If on-site engineers are unable to resolve software issues, our team can remotely access the system via TeamViewer. We also offer a maintenance FAQ to help customers troubleshoot common issues independently.
