Maintenance & Training for International Buyers
Travel, meal, and hotel expenses are applicable if our team is required to visit the international buyer’s location for maintenance. Complimentary accommodations and meals are available if the buyer visits AH Smart Solutions’ facility for training.
E-Maintenance Support
We provide online training and tech support through WhatsApp, WeChat, or Skype, with a 24-hour response guarantee. If on-site engineers are unable to resolve software issues, our team can remotely access the system via TeamViewer. We also offer a maintenance FAQ to help customers troubleshoot common issues independently.
